Þursakyngi I is the opening volume in a series of Thursatru grimoires, establishing the foundations of the Thursatru current and the path known as the Giant’s Way. This work is aimed at seekers pursuing experiential knowledge through engagement with the primal forces of chaos as understood within this tradition.

The book explores spiritual practice, rune mysteries, practical sorcery, and what the author terms High Thursian Magic. It also addresses the religious dimensions of Thursatru through devotion to the primordial powers associated with Niflheim and Muspellheim, alongside interpretations of Norse mythology and gigantology from a distinctly esoteric perspective.

Further themes include Hel-workings, the synthesis of pre-Christian Norse belief with gnostic and left-hand path ideas, and discussions of shape-shifting and hamr-work as aspects of sorcerous transformation.
