Customer Security, Verification & Fraud Protection Policy

At Isa Flamel, we are committed to providing a secure and trustworthy shopping experience for all of our customers. Due to the high value and bespoke nature of some products, we have established the following security and verification procedures to protect both our customers and our business.


1. Secure Payments


We accept payments via credit/debit card and PayPal only. All card transactions are processed using secure payment systems with Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) where applicable, to protect against unauthorised use.


2. Fraud Protection & Manual Review


For orders over a specified threshold (such as £2,000), or if an order appears unusual or high‑risk, we may carry out additional checks. These checks help protect against fraud and ensure that your purchase is genuine.


In such cases, we may contact you to confirm order details before processing and dispatch.


3. Verification for High‑Value Orders (Know Your Customer)


For high‑value purchases (for example, orders over £5,000) we may require additional verification before completing your order. This can include:


- A valid government‑issued photo ID (e.g., passport or driver’s licence)


- Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement)


- Confirmation of contact details


This helps us reduce the risk of fraud, protect your financial details, and verify the identity of the purchaser.


4. Price on Request Items


Some high‑value or bespoke items may not be available for direct online purchase and instead require direct enquiry. This allows us to provide personalised support and ensure that all verification and security measures are handled appropriately.


5. Shipping & Delivery Security


All orders are shipped with tracked and insured delivery. For higher‑value orders, a signature will be required on delivery. You must provide a valid shipping address where someone can sign to receive the item.


Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible if items are lost or misdelivered due to incorrect information.


6. Privacy & Data Protection


Any personal information collected as part of our verification process is used solely for processing orders and protecting against fraud. We comply with applicable data protection laws. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary for payment processing or legal compliance.


By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with this policy. We may update this policy from time to time, and the version on our website at the time of your order will apply.

What do you create?s

I design and craft handcrafted occult ritual tools. My work includes talismans, sigil rings, amulets, pendants, ritual blades, altar pieces, and custom ceremonial objects. Each piece is created with intention and symbolic precision.

Are your pieces purely decorative, or are they ritual objects?

They are fully functional ritual objects. While they are aesthetically refined, they are created according to occult principles and can be used in ceremonial, devotional, or personal magical practice.

Do you make custom pieces?

Yes. Custom commissions are a core part of my practice. I can create pieces aligned to specific deities, spirits, planetary forces, personal sigils, magical intentions, or initiatory milestones.

If you have a concept in mind, we’ll refine it together into a finished design.

What is your lead time?

My average lead time is 3–4 weeks from design approval and deposit.

Complex or highly customized ritual pieces may require additional time.

If you need something for a specific date, please mention it when inquiring.

How does the custom process work?

1.You contact me with your idea or intention.


2.We discuss symbolism, materials, sizing, and budget.

3.I provide a design concept and quote.

4.A deposit secures your commission.

5.Your piece is crafted and completed within the quoted timeline.

Do you consecrate or charge the pieces?

Pieces can be left neutral, ritually prepared, or consecrated upon request. Some clients prefer to perform their own consecration; others request activation aligned with specific correspondences.

This is discussed during the commission process.

Can you recreate a specific symbol or grimoire design?

I can work with many traditional occult symbols and historical references. If your request involves a specific grimoire, order, or tradition, please provide details so we can ensure accuracy and respect for the source material.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes we offer 28 day refunds in our product on all products listed in our compendium. If there is an issue with craftsmanship, please contact me and I will make it right.

Can I return or refund a custom piece?

Most custom pieces can be returned within 28 days of delivery. However, because custom items require significant time and labour to create, a 20% fee will be deducted from the refund.

This fee covers the time spent designing and crafting the piece, as well as the work required to either repurpose the item, resell it, or dismantle it for materials if it cannot be sold as originally made.

Once the piece is returned in its original condition, the remaining 80% of the purchase price will be refunded.

Please note that some highly personalized commissions may not be eligible for return. This will always be made clear before the piece is created.
