Repairs & Resizing

Each piece created by Isa Flamel is a working talisman — shaped by hand and intention from living materials: wood, leather, silk, silver, and gold. These materials carry power, and like all natural things, they shift and settle with time and wear.

I offer complimentary repairs and resizing for six (6) months from the date of purchase.

If your piece requires adjustment or repair within this period:

• You must contact me first to describe what is needed or what has occurred. Please do not send your piece without prior communication.
• You are responsible for the cost of shipping the piece to me.
• I will cover the cost of return shipping back to you.
• Repairs and resizing within the six-month period are provided free of charge.

After six months, repairs and resizing are still available for a fair fee, assessed according to the work required.

Please note: damage resulting from misuse, heavy impact, improper storage, chemical exposure, or unauthorized alterations may require additional restoration work and may not be covered under the complimentary repair period.

These are ritual tools made to endure. I stand behind my craftsmanship and will always do my best to ensure your piece remains strong in both form and function.
