On Magical Rings

It has recently come to my attention, due to my obsessive nature of keeping rings for myself that I was originally supposed to sell, that rings—particularly those imbued with magical intent—are some of the greatest amulets and magical objects I have come across. This is a particularly interesting finding, seeing as I did not plan on making any magical rings en masse, focusing more on other ritual tools and ceremonial implements.

It is no surprise that a magical ring holds a spell just as well as any other magical object made from the same material. However, in my opinion, the magical ring stands above many other objects I have encountered due to its closeness to the blood. Being positioned on a finger means it is always in contact with the movement of blood through the veins, and so it is as if the magical intent of the ring is constantly being affirmed as the flow of blood is felt against it.

If you are wearing a ring now, concentrate and put your attention on your ring finger, and I am sure you will easily feel this effect. You will feel your pulse through the pressure made by the hard ring against your skin. This is also happening when your attention is not there, making it a powerful spell penetrating your subconscious, always working on you without your awareness and hence affirming your ring’s intention with every pulse of your heart.
